The use of condensation principles

People are increasingly striving for the rational use of planet Earth energy sources, today it is relevant. We get energy from natural sources that are not characterized by eternal inexhaustible reserves. Therefore, we need to use our nature economically and wisely. The maximum requirements for the quality of the air presented today force manufacturers to produce equipment with minimal pollution emissions.

Today, all trends in new developments of gas boilers are focused on reducing gas consumption, minimizing harmful emissions. The condensation technique can be defined as an innovative step forward in the direction of striving for pure nature. In case of constant thermal comfort, and stable costs for generating hot water in the apartment, it is necessary to reduce gas costs to 30%, reduce harmful emissions of substances CO and NOX, to 70% – unlike conventional heat sources.

Modern boilers intended for heating water are thrown through the combustion of fuel in the heat exchanger. This heat is transmitted to the water of the heating system. As a result, combustion products manufactured in the atmosphere have a temperature of about 120 ° C. When hydrocarbons burn out, a reaction occurs, due to the flow of which water comes out, which the fire immediately turns into steam that throws out about 11 percent of energy – heat into the surrounding air. So, the condensation technique is intended for the use of this heat energy – for heating.
